Abstract: This research study aimed to evaluate the curriculum of life skill enhancement course for lower secondary level, Pasang School, Lamphun Province in aspects of 1) production process and curriculum development, 2) implementation or operation followed in the curriculum, and 3) product of curriculum. In this study, the population comprised of 305 people: 17 administrators,5 accessories of curriculum, 15 school boards, 24 teachers, 122 students and 122 parents. Meanwhile, the evaluation employed in this study was adapted from CIPP by Stufflebeam. The instruments in this study were the evaluation forms. Frequency Distributions, percentage, means, and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The findings were concluded as follows : 1. The results of the curriculum evaluation of life skill enhancement course for lower secondary level, Pasang School, Lamphun Province of the 2013 academic year revealed that in aspect of production process and curriculum development which evaluated the curricular context related to the vision of course, the aim of curriculum, competencies of learners, desired characteristics, the structure of curriculum courses, strands, course description, unit instruction learning objectives of the course curriculum and learning plans. The mean of overall correspondence evaluation was over 3.51. In aspect of factors of curriculum related to the readiness of teachers, students, learning resources, location of school or learning resources, community supports and participations, and budget, the mean of overall correspondence evaluation in this aspect was over 3.51. In aspect of production process and curriculum development, administrators, accessories of curriculum, school boards, teachers, students and parents consistently agreed that production process and curriculum development were proper. The mean of overall correspondence evaluation was over 3.51 in every aspect. The recommendation to adjust the curriculum in producing and developing curriculum was the overall image of curriculum was appropriate. However, the structure of curriculum, aims of curriculum, competencies of learners, desired characteristics, unit instruction, course description, strands, learning objectives of the course curriculum and learning activities in each grade should be clearly different. 2. The results of the curriculum evaluation of life skill enhancement course for lower secondary level, Pasang School, Lamphun Province of the 2013 academic year in aspect of implementation or operation followed in the curriculum were from the learning and teaching, learning measurement and evaluation, and curriculum administration. It was found out that administrators, accessories of curriculum, school boards, teachers, and students consistently agreed that implementation or operation followed in the curriculum were proper and the mean of correspondence evaluation was over 3.51 in every aspect. The recommendation to adjust the curriculum implementation or operation is that the teacher should find any techniques to choose and use the efficient learning aids including information technology being suitable for contents, periods of time and students. Besides, those contents should be up-to-date with the current situations to engage students in activity participation. Also, some activities should be provided for students to participate and inquire by themselves, In doing activities, the place should be adjusted suitably enough for a number of students. In addition, the light and ventilation in class should be comforted for students to do class activities. 3. In term of product of curriculum, the results of the curriculum evaluation of life skill enhancement course for lower secondary level, Pasang School, Lamphun Province of the 2013 academic year were evaluated from competencies of learners, desired characteristics, and students learning achievement in the course curriculum. It revealed that administrators, accessories of curriculum, school boards, teachers, students, and parents consistently agreed that product of curriculum were proper due to the mean of correspondence evaluation over 3.51 in every aspect. The recommendation to adjust the curriculum regarding product of curriculum was that the curriculum namely “Good academy, Nice behavior, Happy life in Rom Fah Pasang” was a life skill enhancement course going together with moral principles. This could improve students’ desired characteristics and their concentration. The students not only had a better learning achievement but also were more disciplined. They respected the law and adjusted themselves to their community and society well. Hence, these kinds of activity should be considered as fluently as possible in order to apply to the students’ lives.
