Abstract: An objective of organizing a research paper is to study social context, history, culture, belief and ritual and also to study about problem of The Fabric elephant parade tradition to define guideline for conserving and disseminating The Fabric elephant parade tradition of Moh Lung, Lumpang. From the analysis, The Fabric elephant parade tradition is an ancient Moh Lung tradition that family is a major institution to transfer a belief from generation to generation. They made this tradition to express their sincere gratitude to elephants that people use them as vehicle and hauling teak. Parents and villagers need to instill conscience in children to preserve and disseminate The Fabric elephant parade tradition to be a long lasting continuation. Analysis of document and fieldwork revealed that The Fabric elephant parade tradition is an ancient Moh Lung tradition. According to legend one elephant plunge itself into a mire and mahout make a vow to god to help his elephant get out of the mire so he made a fabric elephant to express his gratitude to god and it’s continuing until present. The researcher proposed to organize a culture event to make people appreciate The Fabric elephant parade tradition and also publicize this tradition to other. Furthermore the researcher proposed a method to educate the youth to make a fabric elephant and instill conscience in youth to preserve and disseminate The Fabric elephant parade tradition to be long lived continuation.
