Abstract: The observation of habituation response to different objects of ten goldfishs by scanning sampling method and 3 models which referred to block, bottle of water and dinosaurs plastic doll were examined. Then measured the goldfish movement in tank scale, and also checked the period of habituation response to every models. The study showed the average of the goldfish avoided movement and period of theirs adaptation for those 3 objects. The goldfish swam in a short distance and could adjust themselves most quickly by the bottle of water, then the blocks and dinosaur plastic doll respectively. It might be that a bottle was transparent as a fish tank. In addition, the block was a natural item which was black and had soft smell but its size was quite big. So the goldfish swam away and had to spend time to adapt themselves more than a bottle of water. However, a dinosaurs plastic doll was colorful and had the smell of plastic. For the behavioral study by focal sampling method. The results showed that the most frequently occurring behavior of goldfish was swimming, followed by a stop and keep floating themselves after eating over 30 minutes, and then having food rapidly after feeding. However, the least observable behavior was an aggressive action which found while feeding to bigger or stronger goldfish. From the study, the Science teaching aids were produced as multi-media electronic book (E-book) by using Adobe Captivate 6.0 program for Matthayom 2 students. The name of the lesson was “Animal Behavior” and another action chapter called “Habituation response to different objects of goldfish”. The questionnaire showed that the students were very satisfied with these instruments.
