Abstract: This research aims to develop conformation for controlling and Construction Quality Check List for Housing Estate Project. The study is of construction projects at Wize Signature Project in Chiang Mai Province. This research was studies to project construction named Wize Signature in Chiang Mai, The information compiled from data record inspection, Interviews with manager, Construction staff and Contractors who worked for this project during the year 2556-2557, It is in the beginning of construction of the building houses 15 units have been completed, which consisting of obstacles from the contractor, inspection process and implementation the inspection form. The measurement which determine to the work method and inspection the quality of construction, Recording of the Project Engineer's inspection , Revises validation's form, then trial in inspection process and survey result from survey. The obtainable information will be profit for troubleshooting in the inspection process and will be used to develop user guidelines to control and inspect the quality construction of housing projects. The result from this research shown the obstacles in inspection process, there are 3 major issues founded; 1) The problems caused by the construction work of the contractor. There are 4 items (1) Plan was not clear (2) work condition not clear (3) no proficiency of Builder and (4) Builder does not work met to standard that caused work defected. 2) Issue of construct inspection that unable to do according to the conditions. There are a total 6 factors; (1) Do not understand in the techniques / inspection methods (2) no inspection tool accuracy (3) Determine the form not in accordance with the inspection procedure (4) plan not clear / hold for changes. (5) Inspection cannot made on time because insufficient of foreman (6) Inspection cannot made on time due to the contractor did not work following the standard process. 3) Obstacles from how to use the inspection form after being revised and implement at work founded the user’s comment to the format that being use should remain the original format in the form but eliminate of duplicate or inconsistent away and revise the lists accordingly. Once considering the issue that occurred, I may recommended solutions to control and inspect the quality of construction by develop materials’ Spec or provide Shop drawing and making patterns / techniques work more clearly. Provide the manual guideline or construction work process (Site instruction) to be understand, defending the contractors, builder, technicians and train technician skill, Reiterated performance of contractors, technicians and workers to comply with work requirements strictly according to the standards of the project, provide instruction and inspection standards manual training to project engineer to understand how to determine the inspection correction and establishing procedures for the inspection process and establishing procedures for the operations (Work Procedure) by understanding the process. How to determine to the inspection and inspection period to be clear and understood by all concerned.
