Abstract: The independent study entitled of “Decision Support System for Salary Promotion Using Case-based Weighted Score Method”. This study aims was developing the decision support system for collecting and connecting appropriated data for the efficiency decision of considering the salary’s personnel in organization. The case was presented by system, this case was used the option assessment. This option was considered from the organization’s data that was saved and presented to the administrator who considered the salary’s evaluation and they will choose the perfect criterions for case evaluation of this system. We could identify the weight and the importance of each case. The system could compare the person who was assessed data and scores of each case then we could consider the perfect score of each personnel correctly. The research result revealed that the system could evaluate the scores of personnel and concluded the correct considering of each research’s aim. The questionnaires evaluation result revealed that the satisfied evaluation of the connective data, the valuation of information and the speed appreciation of data were as the highest and the satisfied evaluation of the firmly system and the perfect data were rate a high level.
