Abstract: This research report presents the Developing Virtual Tour Media of the History of the Presbyterian Church Overseas Mission for Medical Field in Northern Thailand Using Interface Design Techniques, which are consistent with the principles of human-computer interaction. It brings together theory and practice, to design according to the design process that meets human needs, resulting in the adoption of technology, and the use of photogrammetry techniques to mold three-dimensional models of important ancient objects in medicine. The research objectives are (1) to develop Virtual Tour Media of the History of the Presbyterian Church Overseas Mission for Medical Field in Northern Thailand Using Interface Design Techniques, and (2) to study the approach to the development of Virtual Tour Media of the History of the Presbyterian Church Overseas Mission for Medical Field in Northern Thailand Using Interface Design Techniques, consistent with the principles of human-computer interaction. This research was conducted in collaboration with the Archives of Payap University, Chiang Mai, Red Cross Station 3, Chiang Mai, Doctor Chao Fah Museum McCormick Hospital, Chiang Mai, McKean Institute Photographic Museum, Chiang Mai Prov, Central Library, Chiang Mai University, Technology and Interdisciplinary Management, and Graduate School, Chiang Mai University.
For the development of virtual tour, the following stages of human-computer interaction principles have been adopted: (1) Task analysis, (2) Requirements gathering, (3) Design and storyboarding, (4) Prototype Implementation, (5) Evaluation, and (6) System maintenance.
The results of the IOC questionnaire accuracy determination evaluated by experts, each question in the Virtual Tour Performance with Usability Testing by 3 experts. and a technology acceptance with Technology Acceptance Model 3 from a sample of high school students at Dara Academy, a school where Presbyterian missionaries were founded as follows: 105 students, grades 10 - 11, with an IOC value between 0.60 - 1.00.
The results of the virtual tour performance with Usability Testing evaluated by 3 experts showed that the functionality of the system works. Abstract: This study was the research and development. The objective was to develop an online learning
system with massive open online course for Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The first step was
studying theories and related literature, including the current aspect of education in Chiang Mai
Rajabhat University. After that, the researcher developed system based on the theory of Systems
development Life cycle. Furthermore, the important tool used in system development was platform
called Open edX.
Result of the research was an online learning system included learning management system for
student to access the content of courses and course management system for instructor. Moreover,
instructors can assign all activities in the class as well as specify criteria for evaluation. When
students finish the course, they will receive their grades. Therefore, online learning system with
MOOC can be used for courses from enrollment to get the grade. In addition, users can access
through any device that installs web browser. Furthermore, the online learning system was implement
to an English for information professionals course of the first semester 2018 in Chiang Mai Rajabhat
University. Data collection instruments were online satisfaction questionnaires and pretest-posttest.
The system evaluation from 21 users, 20 learners and 1 instructor found that satisfaction of user
ranked at a high level. (Average score was 4.36). Regarding the learning achievement, the posttest

Abstract: The effects of drinking the water extracted of Thunbergia laurifolia Linn. on reduction of
alcohol quantity in breath had been investigated. The objectives of this research are to study the results of
Thunberg laurifolia Linn. to reduce the amount of alcohol in breath and to compare the amount of alcohol in the volunteers using Thunbergia laurifolia Linn. extracted. The experiments were measured the amount of alcohol in breath of 30 Thai male volunteers aged between 20 and 30 years old. The
volunteers had taken with 5.5 mg% alcohol for 620 mL. After the volunteers had taken alcohol for 15 min, then the volunteers had to rest for 15 min. The alcohol contents in breath were measured by blowing breath through the breath alcohol tester model AG-04 brand Alc Smart Digital (Original). Both groups of the volunteers were investigated into the same groups with and with out drinking the extracted. The data was collected are referred to the blood alcohol concentrations with a breath alcohol
concentrations. The data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and
using Mean and One-way ANOVA to Descriptive Statistics.
The results of this research can be summarized that drinking the water extracted of Thunbergia
laurifolia Linn. can reduce the alcohol concentrations in breath greater than with out drinking the extract.
In addition, the volunteer’s body weights affect on the reduction of alcohol levels on their breath
with the different significantly at p<0.05. The increasing of the resting period after drinking alcohol

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the optimum condition of TiO2 with photocatalysis and ozone washing to reduce pesticides chlorpyrifos. The three different TiO2 coated media (glass ball, glass slide and glass bead) were prepared and tested with KI solution for efficiency of oxidation test. It was found that of TiO2- coated glass beads at 45 mg/ml for 60 min had the highest iodine liberation rate.A 1 mgL-1 standard chlorpyrifos was subjected to TiO2 with photocatalysis and ozone for 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. The percentage reduction of the chlorpyrifos was calculated The results showed that TiO2 with photacatalysis and ozone for 60 minute was the most effective to reduce chlorpyrifos concentration of 36.89%, which correlated with an increase of iodine liberation rate. The effectiveness of TiO2 with photocatalysis and ozone for reduce a contaminated chlorpyrifos in Chinese kale was determined by washing with the treatments of TiO2 with photocatalyst, ozone and the combination and sampling every 15 minutes. It was found that the TiO2 with photocatalysis combined with ozone reduced chlorpyrifos concentration to 53% when compared with the control which was 11%. In addition, the quality changes of Chinese kale after washing with the treatment of TiO2 with phocatalysis and ozone and stored for 12 days at 5 0C also investigated. There was no significant difference of quality of Chinese kale in leaf color, totle soluble solids and ascorbic acid content.2014-12-01T00:00:00Z
